Brief
Design and construct an awning to deflect the hot air coming from the malls A/C plant away from the apartments above.
Works Included
- Coordinate the Architect, Engineers and the Building management to develop suitable design.
- Fabricate and install galvanized steel trusses and purlins to form the structural platform.
- Supply and install powder coated aluminum cladding.
- Concrete retaining walls.
- Waterproofing.
- Reinstate stainless steel balustrade.
