Planning and Understanding Your Vision

By the time you contact us you've usually got a good vision of what you want and your architect or draughtsman has drawn up some plans.

At this point we sit down with you and chat about your plans. It's important for us to get inside your head and understand where you want to go with your home.

We go to great lengths to get our understanding clear so we go forwards with you in the right direction from the very beginning.

Transparent Quote

We give you the most accurate and transparent quote we can... we don't want you to get any surprises along the way.

Of course there are always variations and we have a process for dealing with these which we discuss with you. Together we come up with a plan which delivers so you know where you are.

Program of Work

Once you accept our quote we produce a program of work which runs from week to week so you can make plans.

We also give you a clear payment schedule so you know when our fees are due.

Day to Day Running

Tradesmen from our experienced and stable team of 5 core staff will work on your job.

Our staff are polite, experienced and hard-working. They take pride in doing a good job and pay attention to detail.

On a day to day basis you can communicate with the staff on-site or with Ally in the office.

We arrange site meetings (usually weekly) to discuss the progress of your job and chat about any variations you need.

Realising Your Vision

At the end of the build we hand over a quality, clean and tidy job - all you need to do is add your personal touches and enjoy your new space.
