Here's a total re-build of a 50's flat rooved house.
The aim of the job was to do justice to a great block of land with stunning ocean views.
Bosco used the original footprint and worked with a couple of the existing walls to create a stunning new home for Cameron Jurd and his family.

I asked 4 builders to quote in the end. I chose Bosco because they had more focus up front.
From day one Brendan the foreman was at all the meetings and I realised they were serious from that point on.
I was a bit of pain to be honest I went over the cost estimates again and again - I wanted to be absolutely sure I understood everything.
Bosco were really good about this and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable with the quote.

Brendan basically runs the job and makes sure it's a quality job.
I've turned up any time unannounced and the site is always tidy - there's no rubbish.
It's clear the team take pride in their workmanship.
Bosco are also really good about communication.
Good communication with your builder is hugely important - it ensures nothing has chance to spiral out of control. Throughout the job I'd give the office a call and we'd catch up for coffee and we'd go through stuff.
There were times I'd be in a tile shop on a Saturday and I'd call Steve to chat - he always rings me back within an hour.
Also it's a pain for me to meet on site in the week - Bosco are always prepared to meet me on site on a Saturday morning.
I'd absolutely use Bosco again'.
