Brief

Structural carpentry associated with the renovation of the 1940’s 5 level wool store in Surry Hills into office space.

A great chance for us to show off our excellent joinery skills!

Works Included

• Replace 180 hardwood floor joists. Supply and install specially milled hardwood to match existing. (300 x 70 x 4800)
• Supply and install new rafters and purling to strengthen the existing roof to the engineer’s detail.
• Strengthen existing hardwood members with steel beams.
• Install 4500m² of Hardwood ply flooring to achieve the required fire rating.
• Repair and make good existing hardwood flooring.
